Saeed Fathollahzadeh

I am a Ph.D. student at the Database Lab of Concordia University, working with Prof. Essam Mansour and Prof. Matthias Boehm. I was previously a Ph.D. student at the Data Management for Data Science Laboratory (DAMSLab) of the Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), also supervised by Prof. Matthias Boehm. Before that, I was a Research Assistant in the Database Systems Research Group of the Faculty of Computer Science of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.

Interests: The purpose of my research is to study data analytics—analyzing, storing, retrieving, and manipulating large, heterogeneous datasets. I focus on systems-oriented challenges in developing software for managing and processing such data, particularly in machine learning systems. Specifically:
