Office: Database Lab, 2155 Rue Guy, 10th Floor, Montreal, Canada.
I am a Ph.D. student at the Database Lab of Concordia University, working with Prof. Essam Mansour and Prof. Matthias Boehm. I was previously a Ph.D. student at the Data Management for Data Science Laboratory (DAMSLab) of the Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), also supervised by Prof. Matthias Boehm. Before that, I was a Research Assistant in the Database Systems Research Group of the Faculty of Computer Science of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. I also have experience as a Research Staff Member in the Distributed Systems Lab of the Computer Engineering Department of the Iran University of Science and Technology.
Interests: The purpose of my research is to study data analytics: how to analyze, store, retrieve, and manipulate large and heterogeneous data sets. My research focuses on systems-oriented problems that arise when developing software to manage and process large and diverse data sets, especially machine learning systems.
